This bride knew she wanted a wedding vibe, not a theme
“I told everyone that the wedding was a vibe, not a color scheme,” says bride, Samantha. For their wedding, Samatha and Connor knew that they wanted to lean into the textures and tones of fall for their wedding and took inspiration from them to create their dream day.
Velvet was a key accent fabric for the day. Anchored by Conner’s gold velvet tie, the bridesmaids chose velvet dresses in autumn tones of their choice. For the Beauty Floral’s beautiful arrangements perfectly reflected each color, resulting in a lush and joyful complete event look.
A sweet first look framed by the beautiful Brown County, Indiana forest surrounding our venue started the day off with delight! Followed by bridal party portraits, Samantha and Conner were able to soak in the excitement of the day with their nearest and dearest before the wedding ceremony began.
A perfect and sunny Autumn wedding ceremony
The Wilds outdoor ceremony pavilion perfectly framed the stunning Fall forest backdrop. The hand-crafted pergola, elegantly flowered by For The Beauty Florals, provided Sam and Connor a sacred space to exchange vows and sweeping views of the surround forest. From the custom-fabricated benches (because no one ever said ‘but I like plastic folding chairs’), guests witnessed a heart felt union of this incredible couple.
All of the romance and all of the fun
This duo knew that The Wilds was going to be the perfect place for their Fall Wedding. Samantha worked with One World Catering, a favorite vendor of ours, and visited numerous times with them before her own big day. Between the details of our space and her inside knowledge of how smoothly wedding planning and logistics are managed for our couples, we were happy to make her own happily ever after come about.

Samantha and Conner took their primary decor notes from The Wilds. With our classic lantern collection as centerpieces, the pair leaned into our venue’s white, gold, and black decor to complete their wedding reception look.
A party to remember in our luminous and cozy reception hall
The groom’s favorite snack, pretzels, were a perfect late night snack to keep the dance party going. We are big fans of personal and edible favors here at The Wilds, and this pretzel bar was an idea that we loved to see come to fruition! Personalized pretzel bags completed the setup.

Celebratory cigars with the groom were another hit for Samantha and Conner’s Fall wedding. The guests enjoyed joining Conner under the string light of the open patio with cozy fire-pits lit for the ultimate cool evening hang.
