Planning resources, email check-ins, task reminders, and an online floor plan designer help you arrive with a plan.
As your day unfolds
We set your venue furniture and decor to your custom plan, guide the ceremony processional, and help keep the day on its key timeline.
After the last dance
Our team cleans the venue and assists with decor teardown. We’ll walk you through the remaining responsibilities before your day.

What does having
a team include?
Will someone be there throughout our day?
Yes. The Wilds’ on-site team is present throughout your wedding day to attend to venue responsibilities and your guests’ experience.
What does the team set up?
Venue furniture and decor are set according to your custom plan. We’ll review the plan and explain any responsibilities for personal items and outside vendors with you.
Can we talk through our plans on the tour?
Absolutely. Bring your preferred season, estimated guest count, and questions. We’ll explore the spaces and talk through the venue offer together.
How do venue coordination and wedding planning fit together?
Our venue support includes planning resources, setup, key timeline support, ceremony processional coordination, and venue cleanup. We’ll explain the scope and discuss any additional planning support you’d like.
